[Budget] RM3000 preferable, price not including monitor but i have to buy monitor too

[Purpose] graphic and video work mostly

[Hardwares that will be re-use] printer and scanner obviously

[Monitor resolution] at least full HD resolution, 24"

[Games & softwares that use frequently] adobe software: illustrator, photoshop, premier etc

[Personal preferences] would like to run faster while doing work and will have a NAS storage

[Location] BM, Penang

I've been searching and found Asus M32CD-MY013T Desktop PC, quite nice. Any suggestion?
Do i need a dedicated graphic card?

Does AMD has an edge for graphic use now? What's the advantage? why vega graphic card so expensive, comparing to GTX 1070Ti

Does using Ryzen 5 2400G with built in run smooth enough for illustrator (no photoshop and premier i can still using old pc for that since it's only once in a while)
if so, maybe i'll sacrifice graphic card for more RAM and fastest SSD available.
