Future proofing. If you drop in i7 or i9, it can go 2933. If you move it to Ryzen or B560/Z490/Z590, you can go 3200 or OC. 2666 to 3200 price difference is negligible.

not a good idea to go with cheaper mobo, the VRM temp will directly influence the CPU's max boost speed and the duration it can maintain at it.

I'd probably recommend TS to spend a bit more on the PSU (the MSI A550BN is about RM40 more, and is a much better PSU than the Silverstone from a topology standpoint which means it should handle entry to mid level dGPUs should TS wants to add one in the future)

Alternatively there's the Corsair CV450 and while it's a group regulated unit, it's one of the better ones and should work just fine
