Any 19inch monitor that have good viewing angle? I'll need to rotate it to vertical and use as my browsing monitor.

Rotate to vertical? If you don't want to do some "hacking" and rotate the monitor "naturally" then you need to find pivotable monitor but they are expensive and not common on small size monitor (usually 24 inch and above).

I will do some hacking haha,
Cause tn panel when you rotate it, you'll get headache by viewing it, I need one that work in vertical angle

Nope. 1500X does not come with cooler I think. All the non X Ryzen comes with beefy cooler.
Different socket. Only Intel LGA 1151 CPU.

Any good budget upgrade to Ryzen?
My current setup is using G4560.
Or its better for me to upgrade to i5?

As of now, i5 is cheaper for you since you already got motherboard.

Core i5-7500 - RM869
For Ryzen, you need a motherboard

AMD Ryzen 5 1400 - 819
Asus Prime B350M-A - 445

1500X isn't worth it, might as well add money for Ryzen 5 1600. It has extra 2 cores.
*
thanks!!
uhm, how recommended is it to get a SSD? like from a scale from 1-10. and if yes what size should i get

A SSD will dramatically boost up your PC loading time.
Adata SSD 128GB RM279
Samsung 850 Evo 250GB RM479
*
But my loading time also pretty fast now oh, since using Windows 10 like less than 5sec from the moment I press the button haha

This is my current spec, but playing Battleground unknown(PUBG) is a nono with it x.x

intel Pentium G4560
Asus H110M-D
G.SKill Aegis 8GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
FSP Hexa+ 550W
Zotac 750Ti
monitor gw2450

thinking for either Gtx1060(6gb)+i5 7500+Secondary monitor+mount for secondary monitor+8gb ram
or Gtx 1070 + i5 7500+8gb ram.

any good recommendation?

Your GPU is the main issue. Hits only minimum.

Minimum:
OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i3-4340 / AMD FX-6300
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 30 GB available space

Recommended:
OS: 64-bit Windows 10
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5-1600 / Intel Core i5-7600K
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB or better

GTX 1070 is highly inflated. Zotac GTX 1060 and 1070 Mini not affected too much and is the only one worth buying now.

Should be able to for i5 but stutters might happen more often due to huge multiplayer game.
*
thanks!! will go for 1060 6gb then!!
i5 7500/7600/7600k which will you recommend?

i5-7600 due to increased clock speed. i5-7600K will require third party cooler. Remember, this game can go up to 100 players.
*
Alright, so if I go with this i5 7600 and gtx1060 6gb with my current rig, will it face any overheat or power issue?
Casing is Segotep Wind.
Currently two fan front and back each.
Iirc top and bottom can put fan as well.

i5 7600
Gtx 1060
PSU CM 550w
16gb ram.
monitor 1440p 120hz/144hz/165hz (PG279Q)

so im planning a upgrade on my GPU, cuz 1060 running 2k resolution and 120hz and above is bringing down my FPS in PUBG by alot, 30-40fps.

should i go for a 1070 or 1080.

and if i go for 1080 will my CPU bottleneck? will my PSU be sufficient?

thanks.

GTX1070 is minimum requirement for major 2k gamings. if GTX1080, there is be a slightly bottleneck on ur i5-7600. and GTX1080 recommended PSU is 600W.
*
Thanks.
Will go for a 650w
7600 hmmmm maybe next time only upgrade haha
