there are 3 main ram oems - samsung, hynix and micron
of the samsung wafers the b-die is legendary due to how good it oc's, and was a big deal when the first gen ryzen came out because of how hungry it is for fast memory

b-die is no longer that big of a deal now, but its still the best. the lowest price was probably back in nov, you could get the teamgroup 8gb rams that are 3600mhz cl16-18 for a mere 180+ but since the covid outbreak theyre heavily overpriced and rare.

edit - if your budget is limited, dont waste money on ram even on ryzen. 3000mhz is good enough, just learn how to use xmp

Hi, I was planning on getting a new pc based around Ryzen 5 3600. However, I don't have enough to get both the pc parts and the gpu; I can either get the PC parts and use with my GTX 670 or get GPU to use with my 3570K.

So, I've decided to get a GPU first and use with my current system. And later on, get a pc with either 3600 or newer 4000 series cpu.

I'll mostly be playing at 1080p. Hopefully at max setting. Max budget for GPU would be RM1500. Can I know what would be the best GPU for my current setup and to use later for newer PC? If it helps, I play Indie games and games like Witcher 3, GTA series.
