Hi sifus, about to upgrade to a new PC since I've been using the old one for over 13 years but would like some help and suggestions on whether I'm making the right choices.

Plan on gaming with a 1440p monitor

CPU: RYZEN 7 7800X3D
Mobo: GIGABYTE B650 AORUS ELITE AX
SSD: SAMSUNG 990 PRO 1TB
GPU: Either RTX 4070 or buy second hand 3070, please advise
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 32GB
PSU: Not sure, would appreciate any recommendations
Casing: Not sure, would appreciate any recommendations
CPU Cooler: DARK ROCK PRO 4

Budget: Around 9-10K

How about the MSI b650 msi tomahawk wifi? Also would a RTX 3070 be good enough for most AAA at 1440p or is the 4070 a better choice?
