You will need i7-7700K or overclocked Ryzen 7 1700 to hit more than 100FPS. Kindly take note it still depends on games.
Option 1:
Core i7-7700K (4C/8T) - 1521

Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4-2666 X2 - 636
Galax GTX 1080 8GB DDR5X EXOC - 2899 (Price increase. You may need to hunt for RM2.5k ones)
Option 2:
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 (8C/16T) - 1499
Noctua NH-D15S (you need to order AM4 mounting kit from Noctua. Use stock cooler first) - 399

It also rollovers i7-7700K on heavy apps and minimum FPS on a few games. Check your casing and make sure it has at least 165mm tall clearance before you buy that Noctua cooler.
Tough budget to work in.
How about these?
