Hi, much appreciate a hardware recommendation for the following :-

[Budget] RM3000 - 3500

[Purpose] General gaming / surfing

[Hardwares that will be re-use] Monitor, PC Casing (Full sized), Keyboard and Mouse

[Monitor resolution] 1920 x 1080

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Various games, including 3D games

[Personal preferences] Will be running the PC at stock. Uncle already, no time to tinker with settings and overclock. Area where the PC is placed is not air-conditioned, thus, preferably not a PC that runs too hot.

Was at LYP today and i5 8400 seems to still be in short supply so going with Ryzen instead. How is this configuration?

Ryzen 5 2600 - $649
MSI B450 Tomahawk - $509
Galax GTX 1060 6gb EXOC - $1159
Geil 3000 EVO Potenza 8gx2 - $590

Other parts I should be able to reuse.

Thanks. Any recommendation for an air cooler? I'll probably do some moderate over clocking but main priority will still be stability and quietness. Was looking at the Scythe Mugen because I hear that it's quiet and a decent performer for the price. Also, less likelihood of clearance issues. Any better cooler for around that price range? Ie around $200?

For my proposed setup.. do you think it's worth while to pay about $100 for more this Asus card instead of Galax?
