Guys, I want to ask for Windows 10 do we still need to buy new Window every time they come out with a new one like old time? For eg back in the day when we had Window XP when we want Window 7 we need to buy again. But from what I see Window 8 users got upgrade to Window 10, I'm thinking is Microsoft going the to be like MacOS where u get free OS upgrade as long as your hardware can support it? And I want to ask if we change CPU or Mobo do we need to buy Window 10 again?
