Hi guys, my 6 year old rig spec as below and purpose for my rig is for extreme gamming and other, i'm from Sarawak Bintulu.
Intel i7-2600 3.40GHz 3.70GHz Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3 note PCI E is 2.0x16 Kingston DDR3 4GB upgrade to HyperX DDR3 8GB last year Gigabyte GTX460 1GB Huntkey Cable Master 450 AC input 115/230v ~ , 50/60Hz, 7/4A (of cause this need to be replace) WD CARVIAL Green 1TB dead upgrade to SSD 240GB as OS and SSHD 2TB last 2 year
these 3 days been hell finding solution for sudden PC restarted itself happen, suspect that GPU going be faulty because on screen display like static line every where even when on the PC the Gigabyte splash screen also. While i'm posting this forum using safe mode network cannot be boot in normal windows it will just go to blue screen with error nvldmkv after try for uninstall NVidia driver still same load in normal windows 10 it crash same error.
so what shall I need to replace? I read info on these new GPU need PCI 3.0x16, the mobo P67A-UD3-B3 cant be used anymore? and Intel i7-2600 3.40GHz 3.70GHz need replace too?

QUOTE(TristanX @ Jan 28 2018, 01:15 PM) Yeah, display rubbish could be monitor or GPU. Power supply is also crap. Try changing that too. Super Flower Corsair, Seasonic and EVGA are recommended PSUs. beside that my mobo PCI E is 2.0 standard can used GPU with spec PCI E 3.0?

QUOTE(TristanX @ Jan 28 2018, 09:17 PM) If you gonna stick to that 450W, GTX 1060 6GB. If you buy 550W+, GTX 1070. is 1070 same as 1070TI?

QUOTE(TristanX @ Apr 19 2018, 10:15 PM) Poor quality parts inside that PSU. Look for Super Flower Leadex, Seasonic, EVGA and Corsair. found Corsair CX650M Semi Modular PSU bronze or # CORSAIR TX650M # 80 PLUS GOLDon lazada seller from dotatech IT , ok?
