Get large casings. They'll help with cooling.
Phanteks Eclipse P500A
Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2
Fractal Design Meshify 2
Lian Li Lancool II Mesh
PSU?
Cougar GX-S 750W
Corsair RM750
NZXT C750
Motherboards:
MSI Z590-A Pro
MSI Z590 Torpedo
Also, get the best cooler and your CPU will happily boost even more.

the psu compatible for normal mobo i think... alienware 1000w is beast..
as for mobo.. z590 would be good..
wan casing like aquarium or?
Thanks for the recommendation, unfortunately a full atx chassis might be too big for me to move around with it cause I'll most likely be shifted to across the globe again in another year time. Just realised this.
About Alienware's stock 1000W PSU, I can't trace back the thread I've read on dell forum or reddit, but apparently the PSU uses slightly different cable or connector that poses an issue during installation for other motherboard, that's why I opted to go for a new PSU instead.
I've done some shopping based on the recommended list above, got something slightly toned down a bit, any comments on this?
PSU: NZXT C850
Mobo: GIGABYTE B560m AORUS PRO mATX (I can reuse the killer 6 wifi on this, sufficient PCI mounting for my RTX and SSD)
Cooler: BE QUIET! Shadow Rock 3 (Opted this instead of AIO due to potential breakage on check in luggage, less maintenance too)
Case: Tecware Nexus M2 mATX (maybe something similar for recommendation would be ok)
Estimated cost for these are about 1600
