can some 1 recommend a cpu tat can afford 4k gaming, with budget of RM3500 (non china brand PSU )

used pc RM3500 is it worth to buy?assume the condition is fine thx

AMD or intel dosn't mind , with 1 tb HDD ,120GB SSd ,non china brand PSU Thx guys |
