Hello, sorry if i ask here but i need fast reply.

My rig can turn on but no display on monitor. When I press2 the monitor button, it only shown "entering safe mode". I try on board VGA also no display.

When I see inside my rig, the fan is spinning, the mobo lamp is there, ONLY 1 of the GPU fan is not running (AMD R9 270x). I notice when I plug in the keyboard/mouse USB, it didnt detect at all.

My setup is i5 4460, amd r9 270x, Hyper X fury 4gbx2, asus b85m-g, seasonic 620wtt. dell s2304l.

what couse this problem?

The only latest FPS game that I have is PUBG. Other than that all are old games (L4D2, far cry 2, CS etc). Budget is also tight as well. Now since you mentioned
75hz monitors I will look it up.

If I go 144hz I would get the Dell S2419HGF.

If I go 75hz I would prefer if it priced under RM600 and it got to be IPS panel.
