Wanted to ask about PC cooling especially here in Malaysia.

To preface, I am not running my PC on overclock, so it isn't running that isn't already on the default setting.
It will mostly be used for gaming, and mostly for AAA games.
No air con. only fans around PC area(living room), can get quite stuffy even with open windows.

PC isn't quite here yet but I will be eventually running a 5080 + 9800x3d and most info I've gleaned on YT or even reddit seem to have their ambient temp much lower than ours in Malaysia.

So I am quite puzzled on whether to go for air cooling or AIO liquid cooling. Where in colder climate countries, the difference might be negligible at 3-4 celcius, I was wondering if it will play a bigger difference to us in Malaysia.
I understand the price difference between the two, so I am looking at it more from the point of performance and/or risk of failure. Aesthetics of the coolers does not play a part in my decision, it can look ugly AF.

The air cooler will be a Thermalright phantom spirit 120 EVO and liquid AIO, looking at Arctic Liquid Freezer III probably 360/420.

Would be nice if I can get some opinions on the decision, especially slightly more relevant for me due to the different climate conditions.

I posted this on another forum with PC sellers, they all said i can't run my graphic card fully and reco me to down to rtx4060 8G (i die die dunwan to go for 8G hahaha)
So was wondering if i can topup another 1k, will it make a difference for upgrading to a nicer cpu/mobo?
Or it doesn't matter much for me and that i can stick to the current reco setup?

Hi sifus, was keen to get a brand new RX 7800XT, which brand of RX 7800XT would you recommend out of so many brands out there? Was eyeing on that Acer RX7800XT at RM2111 earlier as it's the cheapest around but sadly it got sold out. But it's my first time seeing a Acer gpu, any reviews on that yet?
AFAIK, Sapphire is the best option but the price is also the priciest. Powercolor, Asrock, Gigabyte, Asus, Acer. Out of the mentioned above, which one brand/model would you recommend?

What is the issue with naked VRM?

What would be DRAM SSD to suggest? From what I read, there is not much issue for DRAMless SSD (NVME) for normal use.

Got me thinking, with the current GPU pricings, should I buy new PC now or wait another 2-3 years for the tariff issue to somewhat 'cooldown', then only buy new PC
Not sure if I can save more in future by buying PC now or investing instead.
