Wao, is that maxed out? But I noticed there is 7980EX. Is it worth invest on that ?

You have gaming in mind. Need clock speed as well. If you do a lot of 3d rendering and video encoding. 2 extra core will give even more performance. It will sacrifice gaming performance though.

My friends say that Ryzen 3 1200 bottlenecks GTX 1060 6G, so Idk what do you guys think of these 2

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (6C/12T) - RM859
Asus Prime B350-Plus - RM533
Corsair D4 PC2400 Vengeance LPX 4GBx2 - RM476
Zotac GTX 1050 Ti 4G OC - RM879
Seasonic S12 II 520W - RM265
Tecware Edge TG ATX - RM199
Total RM3211

Intel Core i5-8400 (6C/6T) - RM746
MSI Z370 Gaming Plus - RM599
Corsair D4 PC2400 Vengeance LPX 4GBx2 - RM476
Zotac GTX 1050 Ti 4G OC - RM879
Seasonic S12 II 520W - RM265
Tecware Edge TG ATX - RM199
Total RM3164

Or if you think these are bad, given a budget around RM3200 what would you build

Personally I will go with the Intel build for gaming. You can wait for cheaper alternative motherboard.

Got a few questions
1. Single channel memory 8GB or dual channel memory 4GBx2 will be better on this build?
2. Can this build play PUBG?
3. Anything else I should adjust on the build?
Thanks

1. Personally I always prefer dual channel than single channel memory.

2. Yes, you can play PUBG flawlessly on medium/low setting.

3. Add SSD 120GB if you have extra budget. It make your system faster.

Its seem fine for me. Well balanced. The motherboard price really kill your budget. But do you have an external hard drives for your system?

If not then just swap out that 120GB SSD for 1TB Western Digital Blue - RM189

You can always add SSD later.

Ignore Kaby Lake. Paying more for less performance.

Core i7-8700 (6C/12T) - 1270
Asrock Z370 Pro4 - 589
Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 X2 - 778
Zotac GTX 1050 Ti 4GB DDR5 Mini - 829 (regular 1050 no 4GB)
WD Green 120GB M.2 - 227
WD Blue or Seagate 1TB - 189
Corsair VS 450W - 180
Tecware Edge case - 199

RM4261 total (C-Zone prices)

If u still insist on i7-7700, switch to these

Core i7-7700 (4C/8T) - 1276
Asus Prime B250M-A - 431

Just faster than hard disk. Not much difference. Want more? Get something like Samsung 860 Evo or Crucial MX500. Best for budget SSDs.
