Depending where you buy, your RM 7k budget can go baseline or play with some higher specs item:

7800x3d (9800x3d if budget can fit)
MSI B650M Gaming PLUS wifi (or B850M Gaming PLUS wifi)
2x 32GB DDR5 6000MHZ (CL36 or as low as budget can fit), Acer Pallas?
2TB Adata Legend 960 or S70 Blade (or SN850/X if can afford)
5070 FE or 9070XT MBA (5070TI if budget can fit)
Phanteks G400 or similar Lianli seems affordable when buy from Amazon/NE.

There is something called dp daisy chain.. u can use dp to extend the monitor display.. Dell p series hv tat n not expensive (outlet stock la)
