GPU matters more than the processor beyond 1080p gaming

if I were you, I would spend more for the GPU now and upgrade the processor in the future considering there's Zen 6 down the line and it's confirmed to be supported by AM5

for GPU, we're in times of uncertainty now (same as RAMs), many pointing towards another price increase this year due to memory shortages and demand from AI companies. There's a real possibility of all future releases being pushed back now.

besides, you're not gonna feel any substantial performance upgrades pairing the 9800X3D with just a RX7600. however if you downgrade the proc a bit (let's say to 7800X3D) and get a 5070ti or 9070xt now, then you will feel the upgrade in gaming performance at 1440p

as for the rest of your spec..... storage seems a bit overkill imo. Sure you need 2x 2TB SSD just for dedicated boot drive and games? that in addition to the 6TB HDD.... can probably save a huge chunk if you just get a single dedicated 2TB or 4TB SDD for both boot and games

RAM... if you want to squeeze every bit of your budget maybe consider slower speed and higher CL kits eg: 5600mhz CL36, probably cheaper by few hundred bucks and minimal performance penalty for X3D chips

Cooler.... iinm Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 Evo is a better performer

Conclusion... for your budget (10k), you can probably get a pretty nice 7800X3D + 5070Ti / 9070XT (maybe even squeeze a 9800X3D or 5080 in) build that can handle 1440p and even 4k gaming now, if the money was not all going to the storage.... not sure if there's a reason for that

For 2K resolution, there would be no noticeable differences between 7800X3D and 9800X3D with the 9070XT
Even with a 5090, the performance difference between 7800X3D and 9800X3D is 2-3% on average at 1440p.

Running a similar build here. 7800X3D + 5070Ti (same sff model also)

No problem whatsoever for 1440p gaming, will be good for years to come. Just expect to use upscaling to achieve higher frame rates depending on the game

I also tested with 4k 120hz gaming the other day (hooked up to my TV), can run Cyberpunk with path tracing using DLSS performance + 3x frame gen. People on the Internet hate on frame gen but imo its a very good tech if you're not pixel peeping for imperfections, and you don't need the best latency ie: online shooters

No problem so far since I only play at 1080p. But sometimes the fps deeps down to less than 60 for the 1% fps on certain games (I play single player mostly) which really disturbing the experience. If I change to RTX 5070 is it a good choice?

Read somewhere that my Proc will be a bottleneck. So I planned to change to 7500f and 5070 combo.
*
Changing to another 6 core CPU will not fix stuttering issue. 8GB VRAM is not enough for 2026 games. 12GB for 5070 should be enough at 1080p.

KC3000 2TB is more expensive than Samsung 990 Pro 2TB. Ignore this overpriced SSD and go full Samsung. RAM no need to say. Its like buying a diamond. Just pick the cheapest and use first.

Seasonic PSU is also overpriced. Look for FSP instead.

You will be playing new games. 8GB VRAM from RX 7600 definitely won't be enough. I would advise 16GB cards for 5+ years. And you need to buy it fast before prices goes up further too.

CPU around 60 - 70c+

GPU also the same but it rarely goes above 70c, idles around 35c

i manually set the CPU thermal limit to 80c in bios, and I set an undervolt + oc for the GPU (2850mhz @ 0.875v)

and so far i didnt turn on the AC in my room, just fan

Too OP, your gonna pay thru the noses for king CPU, overpriced mobo, and I would have use the 990Pro for OS as its better than KC3000.
For my reco would be similar to kazekage below, except few parts

AMD Ryzen Processor: AMD RYZEN 7 7800X3D
Cooler: Thermalright PHANTOM SPIRIT 120 EVO / Royal Pretor 130 / PA120 / Frozn A620 (basically any dual tower 6 heatpipe cooler will do fine)
Motherboard (AMD): MSI B850M GAMING PLUS WIFI6E
RAM: G.SKILL Trident are nice but gamer RAM are freaking expensive. Go with 1 stick 16GB 5600 Valueram (any known brand)
Graphic Card: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 5070Ti SOLID SFF OC
PowerSupplyUnit (PSU): Seasonic are overpriced here. Go with any 850W Gold (80/Cyber) rated, ATX 3.x, modular. FSP, XPG & 1st Player is best value PSU brands.
Storage I would reco 1TB 990Pro as OS bootdrive. 2/4TB DRAMless Gen4 SSD ie NV3 as game folder and file storage the HDD cost can go into here.

kazekage_09 above is my reco to you. Your build spec overall isnt bad except the Kioxia SSD is sus as their usually DRAMless with Phison controller.

For the PSU, does those value PSU really good? because I mainly refer to the PSU Tier List and it tells otherwise. I afraid of going cheap on PSU.

What are the advantages of having a dedicated ssd for OS bootdrive only?

AFAIK I only seen solid to good ATX3.x PSU with Gold rating, in the past ATX2.x you can get firestarters rated Gold. Yes refer SPL Tier List to be sure but im quite confident my general rule above applies. To be sure, only get Cybernetic rated as they really do check the PSU quality.

If want examples; FSP Vita GM or 1stplayer NGDP are best value but there are many many more that fits my criteria.

SSD: The OS will do constant read writes at high or low levels, so a DRAM will help on reducing wearing the NAND lifespan.

As usual lar, distros & resellers quick to make profit by follow global trend to jack up the pricing but when the global market comes down in pricing the sellers here still remain at high price by justifying the stocks they bought were expensive at the time. Why do you think SSD prices which had normalised thru much of 2025 but was still high in Msia and now going even higher when the market is going up as well? Is not just AI but pure GREED.

Seems like 5070Ti is end of life and 5060Ti 16GB will follow suit soon.

Those who are looking to purchase those cards better do so soon.

Not much news elsewhere yet though.
But it’s certainly not surprising for Nvidia to do this.
