guys can recommend thermal paste? and alcohol to clean residue?

previously use ryzen stock thermalpaste, when plug out the stock cooler, the processor being plug out together. luckily no damage pin sweat.gif

wanna get a motherboard for ryzen 3700x or 3600. cheapest motherboard and good 1 would be which 1? MSI b550m? rm200+ only. please advise. thanks in advance! smile.gif
