yup, kinda need to have both good processor and gpu, kinda rushed to buy since just saw ram also getting price hike, which means ssd also will affected, is it worth to use i5 instead of i7 to compensate the GPU performance

Hi, a friend of mine need a quotation for a video editing pc, Ive been scrolling around here and found this quotation for a video editing

can this be any cheaper for just basic video editing or this is the bare minimum . Software that he'll be using is Premiere Pro.
His budget is around 3-4k for a build from scratch (might go higher if needed). He also need a monitor, keyboard and mouse since it is a build from scratch.

not sure, he's used to Windows OS, so going for Mac might caused an issue for him.
since the build is w/o gpu, is it worth to add a maybe gtx1650 ? saw that recommended requirement do suggest at least a 4GB card
