Since there is no dedicated thread for Palm Hill project, . It is a high rise project by developer, KeB.

This project is situated beside Sungai Long, just before the Sungai Long, toll. The propsosed land will be next to Twins Palm residence area.

Project info:
-Freehold
- Low density : 297 units 2 blocks
-Expected completion of 48 months
-Early stage of balloting

May I know more info on the developer??
I have went to the sales gallery.

It has total of 20 units per floor from 5th to 19th floor. Two layout : 1011 and 1083 sqft.

The 5th floor slightly more expensive due to the extra garden.

One level increased by rm1k.

So maybe u can do the calculation?
