Hi, do u hv any trustable contact to share?

Date: 4 March 2017, Saturday
Place: Tropicana to Kelana Jaya
Expected: Tolong angkat the things also, I cant angkat alone
Lorry: 1 tonne is sufficient
Budget: RM100
Items to carry:

1. queen size bed
2. 1 fridge
3. 1three seater sofa
4. 1 glass table
5. 1 mirror drawer
6. 2 bench

you not only rent lorry

you also need driver / few workers to put in/out the furniture

with those items that you have listed, confirm you need to pay for at least one additional helper (80-100). nowadays point to point delivery costs 130-180 per trip.

100 barely enough for the lorry itself. want additional workers atleast extra RM80

I just moved out from Tropicana to Ara Damansara, 1 tonne lorry with 2 workers (basically 1 driver + 1).

Spent quite some time looking:
Lorry 1 tonne = around RM200-250
1 worker = RM80

So you'd need around RM300~400 for 2 workers + 1 tonne lorry

Agreed. You need at least RM180 for this. Thelorry will have competitively priced (and verified, very important) services. I don't think you can get anything for RM100, what more anything GOOD.

Min rm200 for lorry (one way trip). rm50 extra for lorry guy to help carry your stuffs..

Look like he is going to spend a lot on the 1 tonne lorry from KL to Kuantan...

as what lucifah says,

you need at least a 3 tonnes lorry to carry those stuff

and you need some protection for your mirror drawer and glass table

With the amount of stuff it might be more cost effective to use a 3 ton or 5 ton lorry, pickup truck service at that price range is not cost effective plus may not even fit the truck when lying flat (e.g the queen bed/fridge/3 seater sofa)
