Oh just google about the hybrid drives. And i just wonder when will it available in Malaysia? Or it has already available here? What bout the price? Hopefully someone will let me know... Thanks!

Wow! that hybrid hard drive boosts a cache capacity of 128mb and 256mb!? with such specs i'm sure it's definitely costs a nuclear bomb

i don't think it'll be that expensive. Solid state memory are getting cheaper everyday, just look at those flash drive. If it can shave 8 to 25 seconds as claimed and cost additional RM100 or so(the report did said "minimal cost"  ), i'm all for it. Even ur most expensive C2D can't help much in speeding up boot time. I hate boot time the most. Most CPUs are pretty darn fast nowadays even the low end ones, but the bottleneck is in the hard disk. I'm all for faster boot up time. hmm.....is created for the new Windows Vista! 2 times faster than normal HD. dunno it uses what type of interface

Yeah it is designed for Windows Vista users. But they're concentrated on laptop/notebook. But i'm pretty sure desktop one will also available soon. Well, i have no idea if i should buy any sata2 hard disk later or just wait for it... Might be a long time huh?

Grr.. Then maybe i should wait for HDD Drive? Arg. Just wanna invest more hard drive for my upcoming rig. Now then i saw a new samsung 22inch wide screen lcd. Makes me drool over it. Damn. What to buy? Technology crazy.....
