Hi, I'm a fresh grad with Bachelors in Mech.Eng and considering to work overseas but not sure if overseas company will accept fresh grads with no experience, otherwise I would probably work in local companies.

Any Mechanical Engineers willing to share input on this? Should I stay and work here first then go overseas or straight apply for overseas company?

Would love to help you out but our company does not hire freshies despite so many vacancies.

Why don't you try the company who hired you for internship? Perhaps they'll take you.

Good luck!

We have plenty of vacancies but so far we're not hiring freshies if thats what you are.

In case you're not, you're welcome to pm me yr cv but you can leave out your real name if you wish.

It seems quite a few forummers sent me pm to ask for a job.

For info, we are no longer hiring fresh graduates for our small engineering firm.

This is true even for candidates with CGPA 4.0 or from UK/US universities.

Our vacancies are only for those with minimum 4 yrs experience, among other requirements. Qualifications do not count at all.

Fresh graduates may apply to oil & gas giants or MNCs where there are plenty of vacancies year round.

Thank you and good luck.
