The above advise is correct. No worries. And since it is tenanted, not the owner stay himself, it will be easier. Tenant is not as hard as the owner to move out.

Few strategies to be used
1. Once won the unit, go to the house, inform nicely to the existing tenant to move out. Or if u wish to rent it to them, just update your rate etc see whether they agree to continue or not

2. If they have trouble moving out, try arrange new accommodation for them. Pay for lorries or the deposit for new place

3. If die2 dont want move out, use court order. Iinm 120days notice before they will be forced to move out.
