Just did a calculation, in 42 months ownership, 1.5 Turbo will cost Rm916 for maintainance while 1.8 cost Rm2030.  How is this possible? I thought Turbo cost more to maintain.

Most of the cars sold in Malaysia are using ELR belt system unlike in the USA where most cars are using ALR belt system. Hence most US child car seat do not require to use a locking clip. But some major US child car seat makers such as Diono, Graco etc. do provide optional metal locking clip.
If your car belt system is ELR, buy those child car seat with built in lock-off as it is more convenient. If u have already bought a child car seat and it does not comes with a built in lock-off, you most likely require to use a locking clip (Always check your child car seat manual). This is to prevent the child car seat cannot move more than 1 inch front to back or side to side. It is quite tedious to install a locking clip therefore I always leave it on my seat belt when I take out my child car seat.

The problem with Civic doors is it feels stuck, and it is the problem of door stopper lacking lubricant. Coming from Peugeot 308, i know what is a HEAVY door. 308 doors can literally slam you on your face and left you black and blue.

Until now, it has been 3 months, still no car for me.
Is this normal? If i decided to cancel the booking due to this, will the deposit be returned?
