1.1 If yes , how much is it ?

2. Anyone tinted Huper Optik & can pm me best price and good workmanship ?

3. Why do ppl tint the headlamps and how much it is ?

I was wondering if I should follow some of the detailing sifu's here who said to ask the SA to not wax/polish the car before delivery (do all cars get waxed and polished before delivery?).

Thinking maybe I should send to a shop after collecting the car for proper wax & polish. Any recommendations or suggestions?

I got that same package from Ceramic Pro for my ride. The HO tint performance is pretty good. Heat rejection is good for a JPJ compliant tint. Being a ceramic tint, I have no issues whatsoever with GPS, gate remote control, etc. Smart Tag also works fine. Only issue I have with the tint is heat absorption but this issue will be there regardless of tint make and model. Some handle it better than others. If you leave the car under the sun for about an hour or so, the tint picks up quite a bit of heat and it takes a while to cool back down. This is where the remote engine start comes in handy  . Use it a couple of minutes before entering the car and the heat is not too bad at all.

contemplating to purchase the civic, thought of booking one in april . after reading all the  problems 
if complicated issues is quite considerable , but rubber issues, water inside light , improper paint job.

Yeah. C70 for the FWS, C50S for the sides and C50 for the RWS.

Where u do your huper optik tint? After reading so many reviews on tint  I choose HO.

I was gonna go for Sech60 but they didn't offer it at Ceramic Pro. According to Huper Optik's HQ in Malaysia, only some select vendors carry that film. Is there much of a price difference between C70 and Sech60?

Hey guys, i am about to place an order for the 1.5 tc model.

1st off thank you as the forum post did give me good insight of how the car is to end user. I didn't go through the entire v1 2 3 4 5 but glanced through the most of it especially v5

Anyway, the sales person is pushing me to get the tinting with them by dangling the warranty card, some of the forumers says it's not exactly true(void warranty). Called honda malaysia, and they too say the same but vaguely.. "it may void warranty"...how bad? "Depends on what the SC diagnosed and parts affected"

I am getting a decent deal from harvekamp (German brand with 10 yrs warranty) 4mil security tint. Does anyone have experience with this brand? Or should I stick with honda tints?

Also apart from rebates, what else did you manage to thrown in as part of the deal? I am seeing what else I can squeeze out them 😁

That's nice of them. With the blistering heat in the afternoons these days, I'm beginning to feel like I should have just went to another place to get Sech60 instead C70. The heat rejection is still good but I can really feel the heat radiating to my face on the drive back to work after lunch.

Its a myth tat coatings means no need to wash.. IMO..

I can get stained quite easily even when fusso coat still in effect. In fact, its just the next day after I applied the coat.

Need to rub really hard to get rid of the stain. Is it normal?
