SA was saying that they only have limited number of cars, as apparently Honda is gearing their production to the BR-V and City in March. Don't know if that was sales bullshit or genuine. S

Since I was going to get the car anyway and the discount was decent I booked anyway. Should be getting my car in a week or two I hope. I need to start planning what to do now, pening from seeing all the information in 5 versions.

It is ear-splitingly loud in my Civic X. I looked all through the settings on the head unit, tried the ringer volume on my iPhone 6s etc - nothing has worked so far. Anyone got solution?

Would wanna ask if all the Honda Service Centre during the weekend they will ony allowed for normal service and as for special request for them to check problems with the car we have to make appointment in the weekday only? Currently facing some loose noise at the driver side suspecting something loose at the door or the dashboard or smth. Only happen whn i am driving in an uneven road. Would appreciate if all the sifus can suggest me a good service centre in Jalan Ipoh. Thanks

Guys, i still couldnt find a way to fix the incoming phone call sound level. It suddenly blows up and ripping my ear apart when it is connected to CarPlay.

Can anyone please help?

No, the solution of lowering the volume during incoming phone call doesnt work as it will also lower down the voice volume.

most of you would have gotten your cars for quite some time and have prolly done some miles on it.

wanna ask owners if any have encountered issues after having the car for an extended period?? i.e >10K KM

please note to not include issues which are existing when you took ownership of the car.

example:

i have done almost 10k KM on mine and only problem ive encountered so far (and you can see im nitpicking)

1. moist in the Air-con leading to a mold like smell during initial warm-up
2. wiper making squeaking noises already.
3. driver side door panels starting to feel loose.

I normally press the brake pedal fully, start the engine, release the parking brake and drive off. But I noticed the behavior you listed above if I had started to slightly lift the brake pedal -
still pressed, but not fully pressed.

In those situations, I normally just leave the parking brake engaged, wear my seatbelts properly, and press on the accelerator pedal - the car will automatically disengage the parking brake, and drive off[I] Of course, I can also just press the brake pedal again, and disengage the parking brake, but sometime I just let the electronics do the job.

Nope, it was not at auto mode.

Probably the weather is too hot. Cose the fan was at high speed for almost 20 to 30 mins then I decided to off my car.

Just hope its not a defect in air-cond compressor or something.

It's the radiator fan....
But is this normal? Becose the radiator fan is really really loud... and it last like 20 to 30 mins or more if I set temperature to 18 degree

Originally I was filling RON95, but after some of my friends say RON97 is more fuel efficient, I switch to that

However I don't see any difference in terms of Fuel Efficiency though...

Just check back all my receipts, it's RM380 for first 1,100 KM

Newbie here in the Low Yatt.net forum. The main reason why i'm here to do research the new civic research and.... i'm sold! Planning to book civic 1.5 tc-p & hoping it arrive before RAYA. I've prep & send required doc to a S.A. Honda 3s in Selayang branch.

I've questions to all of proud civic owners.
Maybe you can give me tips, leads & insights or the most important thing how to milk every single drop from S.A. has to offer.

1. $500 booking fees to secure unit to get before raya. Is it normal?
2. S.A. from Selayang branch offered me April discount RM2274 exclusive extras & the figures variables depending of what monthly has to offer. I'm not sure what the extras are. Can any one suggest or recommend S.A. who can offer better
3. What are  the freebies i get from them?

I have noticed that in the first few hundred kilometres my FC was quite bad, however after 600KM or so the FC improved quite a lot. I get about 11km/l now (~1200km mileage)
