Honda has got the solution to the warm start grinding noise.

Print it out and bring it to your SC.

The downside is that our CVT transmission has got to be opened up for this fix. 

I drive the 1.5 TC, and I have been noticing issue #1 (AC issue) a few times lately, especially during very hot weather. Both the aircon on and off buttons are off when I press the climate button.

I read that some have managed to resolve the issue by changing the compressor; I am at Honda Setia Alam now but they seem unable to find the problem. Cant blame them; as this issue rarely pops up.

For those who managed to fix it, which SC (hopefully KL/PJ area) did you go to? Might be easier if I went some place that have fixed it before.

U guys change front grill to glossy black , will it scratch easily? Because i see interior steering and gear there glossy black use clothes wipe also got hair line, cant imagine how bad will it if install the grill ti glossy black

How do you route the wire from the driver side fuse box to the passenger side without wire being exposed/seen? I am not sure to go from the top ceiling or the bottom.

i route to bottom..tight on... go through middle...tight up behind drawer....come out from drawer edge..go in under side...hide under carpet...

summary...it can be better...time..effort..and experience...

Mine, the red box is not heated. not sure if it is because the tinting damaged the circuit or this is the original condition.

Yes, I noticed a few times driving under tree in broad daylight, the headlight auto turn on then after the tree it's turn back off. But the car driver in front misunderstood that i was flashing him. Nowadays in our country, ppl can just pick up a fight if they misunderstood and moreover it's a sporty Civic.

When I first got the car, it is quiet when below 100km/h. Once go above 100 then will start to hear wind noise or tire noise ( not sure which, can't distinguish)

Few months later, I notice that the engine sound is more obvious and I can hear the motors passing me more clearly compared to when I just got the car. (Not too sure about this as I cannot have direct comparison between my car now and few months ago)
Also just an update to anyone who wants to know how much 1 side of our side mirror cost, it is RM1057.76 from Honda. They gave me a 15% discount which brings it down to RM899.096.
Spray paint fee RM120, Service fee RM80. Add another 6% gst will bring it to RM1165.

Local workshop don't have spare parts for new civic yet. They say Honda controls the spare parts.

I have been waiting for this! But I really want Waze + CarPlay as I'm using Apple Music mostly...

Got both Android (work) & iOS (personal). AA can't play Apple Music unfortunately AFAIK laaaaa...
