i have a lumia 830 and the problem encountered is as follows.

Lumia 830 cannot connect to wi

.The Lumia 830 can detect the wifi but keep connection forever without prompt for password etc.

Any settings need to be done?

I have tested the digi sim and it worked well on my iphone 5C.

same wifi signal is working with iphone 5C in wifi mode.

I have factory reset it..same problem.

Any service centre in KL?
