Hi all, need your adcice here.

We are planning to invite registrar out for our ROM on Saturday in coming May. However, the JPN duta officer told is that tentatively they are fully booked.

Anybody experiencing this issue also? In JPN website stated, we only can submit the application within a month from ROM date but they said already is fully booked.. aih.. I thought after we apply we can get the registrar out no matter how...

And anybody could help to provide the registrar direct number then perhaps we can call him/her directly to invite?
