The Trinity after Zest and Z residence already lost their touch. The Zest being launched at right time and allow their buyers to make tidy sum of profit. But subsequent launches like Zeva has been quite disappointment from subsale and rental wise. Some owners are waiting for MRT booster and honestly.. quite a far walk. This Lemanja from Wikimapia is about 650m to MRT2 station, not exactly far or near.
