By the way, 450sqft last week see availability left 4 units only on top floors, others considered sold out, while 750sqft still got about 50 units in 2 blocks

I was told by the sales agent of this property that the utility (electricity & water) is under commercial rate, and the owners are not able/allowed to covert any of them (water or electricity) to residential rate, is that true?

BTW, anyone buying the soho unit for own stay?

Did anyone here buy the 3R 2BR for own stay?

Need your opinions because seems like most people bought the property for investment.

Check if the project is under HDA or not. If HDA with commercial land title, you can apply for residential electricity rate due to it being proven that it is for residential purposes. Unfortunately water cannot even if under HDA.

half half lah for the 750sqft, most bought to see after 2 years will be ownstay or invest.

Wow how did they squeeze 3 bed/2 bath into 750 sqf. Just when I thought 800 was bad.

I have a feeling in future this place will be filled with airbnb rentals, african tenants, etc.

Hello, I'm one of the owner and was wondering anyone knows about the progress? or when it will complete? Looking from outside it seems done but not sure about the inside.

I am admin in the owner group also the agent, I do see some owners who very desperate to move-in themselves, so i would say there is mixed of owner ownstay and long term tenant who work in PJ or Damansara, i think shudn't be african lah, as this place more high visibility and prominent, and maybe some with intention for airbnb as good location bah. most owners wish the downstairs have good tenant mix shoplot then the condo can be ong ong. and never forget, the view is awesome with golf and lake view, u can youtube the drone view of the condo see see.

one of the owner called office few days back and they mentioned might be March, as now still pending CCC (originally do say end January 2023 one, now postponed again)
