I am in same situation, personally went and submitted the papers at main branch but somehow they lost it Directly call to bank branch, nobody pick up.

. And submitted again and it took them one week to approve the loan and now I settle all the stuff and waiting for loan money to come through to seller. Already been 2 working days, and i assume delay is due to CNY holidays. Any ways if it helps try to call 03-2179 6000, it works for me and they usually pick up quite fast but get ready to be redirected at least 5 times.
