my gf using a pink ap set of z610, pretty nice fon. but i found that when i typing with faster speed, some of the characters wasnt tat accurate n laggy.. y'all facing this prob? FW issue?

took my ap set to se service center today to upgrade the firmware. Now my phone got the 'snow effect' when close the clam, it costs me rm40... current firmware version is R1JG001.
