duno... last time i face a problem wif my K750i they say the most 2 weeks coz if cannot repair here then have to send to main office in KL...
so 2 weeks... if they need to fix for 6 months for sure i ask for 1 to 1 change...

AP u send back... cover difference liao, battery also... blah blah blah...
a lot of ppl still don get their phone fixed after a few trips also for AP...
not FULL warranty also the most important point...

the package doesn't include the earphone.

yeap theres no handfree/earphone included in the package.theres only the phone,pc-suite cd,guidebook,SAR information,datacable,warranty card.

but my mom used her sweet mouth(mulut manis) to pursuade the shopkeeper to give her handsfree,phonebag and neckstrap for free..lol

btw, on iRonTech comments, i agree very much on the smudge hahah .. but not the scratch and slippery part ... common , this phone is so small that your palm would cover most part of the phone if u hold it.... no chance of slippery wat so ever lar ..

been using the phone for 1 week plus...overall is ok for me...screen is normal, i never own k750 or w800/810 so cannot give comment on the screen...but ringtone is damn loud  and quite clear too...the external oled screen is nice and not so visible under the sunlight(still can see though)

the only drawback i think is the front cover, where u need to clean all ur finger print once in a while. And u might feel the phone a bit plastic 

the nice part is during ur conversation with ur friend/family the oled will display some snow fall...very nice 

Anyway recommend to test play the phone 1st b4 u make ur decision... cause different ppl different taste mah 

Problem found on my gf's Z610

When playing music, and we try to flip open/close the phone, the music will be distorted. Sometimes even if we shake the phone the sound will be distorted as well ...

Anyone face the same problem?
