By the way, updating firmware will cause some of your application to have failure in working properly. You might need to install back all the application after firmware update.

This phone is a normal basic phone. All function are very basic. The most important thing is the look of this phone.
For K550i, it comes with a Auto Focus camera. For sure it's better then z610 for photo taking. Others, typically same but K550i do come with radio. |

It can be done in bout 30 minutes. But that company might have some other phone to service and I guess that's the reason her phone was left over there.
