u can't.
unless u have the jar file on your computer and u put it into the "other" folder of your phone,than u can send it to others via bt.

I don't think it's easily scratch. My dad's been using it for a few months now. And he doesn't really take good care of his phone,but it's still in perfect condition.

And the ringtone is pretty darn loud,i'd say.

Don't think it'll ever become loose. The build quality of this phone is very good.
