tis phone got hsdpa...the keypad thr got litle diference gua..

Erm, i think the new one got touch screen.

phone shape are same, jus z750 got HSDPA lo....LOL

We both have the 838 Pro and Airy Blue Z610i.

Anyway anyone else updated to R1JG001? Mine still does not have the snowy effect when closing the flip.

For pink/blue price is around RM900. For black around RM850 - 870 more or less.

Still haven't tried upgrading since the last time I failed. Will try again tomorrow. Hope can...so envious of you guys who could.

And I saw the promo of Z750 before I bought my z610i. I don't remember the exact difference but I remember being very impressed with z750. However I bought my z610 coz I don't wanna wait for z750.

is it me or is my new phone very, very hard and ketat to remove the battery cover. Even not helping is the surface already ultra smooth.

must remove batt for update thingy on SEUS. Do u guys have any tips/tricks to open it easily?

the battery cover is a bit tight
you have to apply extra force on it
put your thumbs together at the back cover and push downwards

confirmed Comsat AP set can update firmware to R1JG001 from R1GB001 via SEUS. Just did it just now. I remembered it stated there z610 APAC firmware.

Just no post-call snow effect animation on the external screen. But response in menu, inbox scrolling, and sms typing is faster
