HP-32s sub-bass reaches further down.
HP-32s has less mid-bass than the standard HP-32.
HP-32s extends to the upper range more which gives a small amount of extra detail than the HP-32. 
HP-32s is in red cable. It is an upgrade in looks. The cable is firmer & more flexible.
