People with anxiety problem can try to have enough sleep, about 7 to 8 hours everyday. Then, the next morning having a cup of Milo or coffee, and biscuits or bread to get carbohydrate and energy. This helps the brain to stay alert and healthy. I have tried to drink coffee every morning, and it does help me to stay focus on the work, although sometimes I do have some mental stress.
