I've dl-ed it from another link provided by the official website. Thanks anyway. It is really useful for me.

The file in the link is corrupted at the time I download. For those who are interested, you may head to the official download page. Beware, it's in chinese, not to worry much because the interface and download links are located in a standard manner.

just install it ?

if u already have Lingoes installed, just double-click on the dictionary file; if success, it will prompt you "successful to install dictionary", do not close the window yet, remember to check "Add to Index Group" and "Add to Cursor Translator Group" and click OK
