Found this software on Google Play store and found that its prediction on future price is quite accurate. Can try here:

I waiting the gov to bring back Ron92. Last time when Ron97 hit RM2.70/ltr, I tried Shell and Petronas Ron92 and the car still movable (with lesser horsepower). If Ron92 @ RM1.90/ltr I will try on my Polo Sedan.

Maybe if someone made a online petition then it may work. Lol rclxms.gif
Yeah i missed the Ron 92 days. But it will need a lot of persuasion for fellow Malaysians which feels putting Ron 92 is akin like pouring an inferior fuel into their tanks. Which in fact, most modern cars calls for RON 91 at least.
If it does make a comeback, i will definitely pour into my car. Heck it will be a lot cheaper than diesel.

Well be thankful for now that we don't share the same fate as our Indonesian neighbour.
They pay the same price as our RON 95, for their cheapest and lowest grade of fuel , RON 88. Their highest RON is Ron 98 but pay the same price as our V-power racing.

My Axia already spec Ron95 as the minimum required. It seems our Malaysia's compression ratio is different from the Indon Daihatsu variant.
*
Because in Indonesia, the cheapest and lowest fuel is RON 88 , but not available in big provinces like Jakarta.
1 grade higher (Pertalite) now is RON 90 at 7,800 Rupiah = RM 2.21 per liter (as of up to today, they change prices every quarterly)

They used to have RON 95 called Pertamax Plus but it is also now obsolete cause its considered expensive there.
Now their highest is RON 98 - called Pertamax Turbo. But costs 10,100 Rupiah = RM 2.87 per litre.

So thats why all car manufacturers have to lower their compression ratio , including the famous Mazda Skyactiv engine, to suit Indonesia and Thailand also.

Sucks, that's kinda cheating!  doh.gif

I feel you. I was anticipating for RM 2.47 - 6% = Rm 2.32 unfortunately i learned the hard way and discovered it didn't changed. I guess Mahathir's thinking is right on track ; if you can afford Ron 97 or Ron 100 you can afford to pay for higher floating prices.

Wow no wonder the petrol station at my place was closed this morning when I wanted to pump..
*
Then do your part and take a photo of that offending petrol station.
Then file a report with KDNHEP. let them have a taste of the authorities.
Then send a copy to BHP.

Who are they to suka hati close.

Tak boleh tutup walaupun hanya satu pam

I think must be those small petrol station dealers, since you say its BHP. BHP usually has alot of small petrol station dealers.

I'm afraid that this will be last time we will see Ron 97 goes below Rm 2 unless another massive lockdown again .
Based on this, I foresee this week will the last week.
RON 97 is exiting the Rm 2 immigration border 😭

Now, Malaysian seems happy petrol price increased under PN rule. None of Malaysian complaint but during PH time all like no future tomorrow. We thank you PN keep on increase petrol price.
*
Those staunch supporters of Umno and PAS are happy to get rid of PH for "you know why" reasons.
They easily relate PN as their savior able to bring it below RM 1.50/L when its actually due to the Covid-19 in case they didn't realize.
If you goto Rafizi's FB page, you can see how much they whack him for not bringing down the price to RM 1.50/L.
We have plenty of blind and immature politic supporters.
