3rd sentence, compare between vehicles.

As of 19 December, the estimated average price of RON95 is supposed to be RM1.94 and RON97 is RM2.08.

So basically every liter of RON95 you're filling up, you're effectively paying 26 sen more to the government, and even worse for RON97, you're paying 42 sen more...

Guys, let’s not point all the guns at lge. Obviously lge is just the spokesmen for gomen. All decision comes from head of gomen. Obviously someone met with petrol station association on 31st of December just before the sudden announcement of hold on drop to fuel price.

Now let’s just wait for the fuel drop announcement later this week. Will hope that the new gomen will carry out reform as promised!

I dont know lah. But i heard our oil drilling more expensive and top quality and rather sell to overseas for better margin. Thats why we buy from singapore . Maybe its just rumours

It is almost same like isr25 calculation, using same source aip.au, bank negara exchange rate (selling rate, 12pm). In fact I’ve been doing same prediction since petrol price start floating at BN time, most of the time quite accurate; and now PH changed the mechanism I assume, included the weekends, and my study on the cycle is friday-thursday. When doing calculation, ron95 is based on roundup figure (regardless of whether 0.001 or 0.009, still will roundup to 0.01), while diesel based on rounddown figure. Just my own study during all these 3 weeks’ petrol price changing.

Well if they want to re-implement GST then they need to follow Singapore's model to reduce company/business and personal income tax. Can't be squeezing more and more from the citizen and business while they are bloating the civil servants headcount
