Actually, the ringgit is getting weaker May Week 1: RM4.1422 average, Week 2: RM4.1532, Week 3: RM4.17, Week 4: RM4.183 and Week 5 (now): RM4.19725. The major contribution to the price increase/decrease is actually due to the MOGAS95 prices. Still holding for the decrease of 12 sen this week estimate - TBC tomorrow.

Calculation and table of estimated price can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN

If calculating 23/5 to 29/5 cycle (Thursday to Wednesday - weekends are using Friday prices), RON95 should be around RM2.33, and RON97 should be around RM2.63.

However, since they announced that RON95 will be capped at RM2.08/l, my estimate, that they will be announcing that RON95 will maintain at RM2.08 and RON97 price go down by 13 sen to RM2.63 (±1 sen).

I'm guessing that the fuel price will continue to drop further this coming week, but unfortunately, the retail RON97 price will be maintained for 2 weeks.

Thus, I will not be updating the price figures until 10/6 since there is no point - but I'll update the figures just FYI.

Selamat Hari Raya and Happy Holidays to everyone! Drive safely!

Latest calculation and table of estimated price can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN

Price of RON97 should've fallen to RM2.51/L on Saturday 8/6, but it was announced earlier that the previous week price would be maintained due to the Hari Raya long weekend - the government is getting a free income of 12 sen per litre of RON97 being filled up this week.

The RON97 price for this coming week, as of 7/6, would be around RM2.55. Stay tuned on Thursday for a more accurate estimate.

My sincere apologies. Had the wrong calculation yesterday, and it's even worse. Latest calculation and table of estimated price can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN

Price of RON97 should've fallen to RM2.44/L on Saturday 8/6, but it was announced earlier that the previous week price would be maintained due to the Hari Raya long weekend - the government is getting a free income of 19 sen/L of RON97 being filled up this week.

The RON97 price for this coming week, as of 10/6, would be around RM2.41, but historically, these is a cap of 15 sen of increase/decrease. Stay tuned on Thursday for a more accurate estimate.
