Sorry, but I may not be able to update tomorrow as I would be travelling for work.

Calculation and table of estimated price can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN

As of 5/3, if calculating 28/2 to 6/3 cycle (Thursday to Wednesday - weekends are using Friday prices), RON95 should be around RM2.15, and RON97 should be around RM2.45.

However, since they announced that RON95 will be capped at RM2.08/l, my estimate, that they will be announcing that RON95 will maintain at RM2.08 and RON97 price will go up by 2 sen (±1 sen).

Be thankful that the government is subsidizing RON95 to a cap of RM2.08 or RM2.20 previously - as of Monday 11/3, RON95 actual price is supposed to be RM2.21. Will update on Thursday or Friday, but RON97 will definitely increase by at least 4 sen this week.

Calculation and table of estimated price can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN

If calculating 7/3 to 13/3 cycle (Thursday to Wednesday - weekends are using Friday prices), RON95 should be around RM2.23, and RON97 should be around RM2.53.

However, since they announced that RON95 will be capped at RM2.08/l, my estimate, that they will be announcing that RON95 will maintain at RM2.08 and RON97 price will go up by 7 sen to RM2.53 (±1 sen).

Highly unlikely, unless some country starts pumping and selling copious amount of crude in the near future

keep it up......appreciate your work.

At least we know how much government is subsidizing laugh.gif

my opinion of this CAP of rm2.08 per liter will not hurt the government that much as the crude oil price increase means the revenue government is getting also increase.

Damn, why not ask for free fuel?

The fact that the gov is capping the fuel price, you should be relatively contented.

99% of cars in Malaysia dont need Ron97. So, why bother making that 1% happy?

I think capping Ron 95 helps the people with cost.

Skip the 97 if your doesnt need it.
