Then, ask them to keep it for me, but they mention it can only hold for a week.

Luckily, maybe bcoz my house is landed, they just nicely bring the item inside,
only after I nicely ask them too. WTF....

Its not possible for me to bring the item alone by myself since its all hood, hob and oven.
