This post is for my friend. He no has lowyat account. My friend is moving overseas and want to sell his house. His agent managed to get him a buyer which is good but she asked for 3% commission! He has a shock as he always thought commission to be 2%. Now he is struck cos he don't want to lose the potential buyer. Any bro or sis can advise ?
