The construction for the biggest AEON Mall is taking place and targeted to be opened in 2018 too! Hurray !

Btw, for Low Yat-ians that are worried with Feng Shui, I had checked with the Feng Shui Master on this too. According to him:
1. Hospital/Police Station/Fire Station is considered NEAR is we are able to see it from our main door. Thus, at least for my case, I can't see any of it.
2. Nearby highway, it depends on how the highway curves. Long story but again, it affects on the ones nearest to the highway. Thus, at least for my case, it is not affected. However, for the affected ones, it is solvable via Feng Shui.

Yup, you are right. From Jati Heights, you can see Sime Darby's project.

It is really windy too as Jati Heights is on the hill . Thus, electrical bills can be saved

is townhouse still available here?
