Depend on you want to use which route..if you are using Lekas -> Charas - Kajang Highway then need to pay two toll else using Lekas - Silk - Besraya then will need to pay for 3 toll per way.

Yes. there is toll free road but not really practical especially KL is always Jam.
Route - Jalan Semenyih -> Cheras - Kajang Highway (exists at Bandar Sungai Long) -> From Jalan Sungai Long toward Bandar Mahkota Cheras -> Exists to Charas - Kajang Highway towards KL

dun think 45 minutes can reach city center using toll free toll road. Even using toll without jam...also need around 40-45 minutes to reach KLCC/City center. Toll Free road may need another 20 - 25 minutes even no bad jam as there is few traffic light in Jalan Semenyih & Jalan Sungai Long toward Bandar Mahkote Cheras before exists to Cheras - Kajang highway again.

Below is the toll free route to PJ. It is quite similar with KL route..just abit different on using east-west link toward mid valley and using federal highway toward PJ.

Below is the route required to pay for two tolls. You may need to pay for three toll if you heading to sri hartamas.

Route - Lekas -> Cheras - Kajang Highway -> East-West Link -> Federal Highway
Route2 - Lekas -> Cheras - Kajang Highway -> East-West Link -> Federal Highway -> Sprint Highway (Kerinchi Link)

No matter u stay at Semenyih or Setia Alam or Kota Emerald, it will not be a short distance if you heading to KL/PJ. Take Mid Valley as benchmark, SEH around 39km, Kota Emerald around 37.6KM, Setia Alam around 39km too.

Actually depend on where is your working place & hang out during weekend too..I dun think everyone will go to damansara utama on weekdays or weekend as there is quite many new shopping center at south area like ikea, mytown, sunway velocity, ioi city mall and so on...

Agreed. Even Putrajaya/Cyberjaya/KLIA also nearer to Semenyih/Kajang..depend on where you want to go...

northern can go to sungai buloh MRT lor but think no near if ppl want to go sungai buloh from Puncak Alam/Rawang,...

The finishing is much better compare with Earlier phase..Can see they are putting a lots of effort to make the CNY event success. BRE gor..do you join their event on last weekend? SPS is welcome for all the potential buyer to enjoy all the food & game...haha

Serenia City is the one next to Elite Highway and close to Nilai border?right? It is quite far away to KL...

SDP product more quality but usually they have big mosque at the middle of township.. ..Yes..SPS will help on the defect and fix it asap...

This area less chinese ppl so commercial development could be slow abit...highway network is good but mex is getting congested nowday as getting more ppl using it...

I only say marketing strategy cost and built cost is under two different budget..dun think developer will allocate the marketing budget to bought better material for customer house. I am happy as long as they give free food instead of doing a lots of advertisement at newspaper lor...
