Some more buy prime sg land, 30% of selling price is chicken feed la to sps, its a matter of wthr they want to do it or nt only. If they do it sure d their prop will b sapu-ed within days.

True but widen d scope la 4 better sales in this soft market, d dp mayb reduced to 5% lo 4 buyers who started working 1-2 yrs nt many ppl can come up wth 10% dp
