The plus point from my opinion is to the UKM commuter station.. Jalan reko / sungai tangkas is not a pleasant road you want to use frequently... brows.gif brows.gif

Improving the road from Serene Height to Bangi Avenue is much much more substantial..

SemiD units are meant for own stay at the moment, if the investor can't hold andso desperate to sell it at the developer price in just after 1.5 years VP, perhaps can tekan another RM 50k to cover your MOT and legal fees as well.... tongue.gif tongue.gif
